The course introduces key concepts such as the Crisis Management Team and the Crisis Management Plan, in line with the requirements of ISO 31030 for Travel Risk Management systems. It also includes a dedicated session on crisis communication, delivered by trainers from the Behavior and BrainLab Research Center at IULM University.

Course Content
The course is structured into three main sessions:
- Analysis of Core Crisis Management Components: an introduction to the Crisis Management Team (CMT) and Crisis Management Plan (CMP), focusing specifically on their organizational structure and operational functions.
- Effective Communication in Crisis Situations: an exploration of the decisional, emotional, and cognitive processes that influence human behavior under stress. This session presents practical self-regulation and communication techniques for critical moments.
- Practical Crisis Management Simulation: participants will engage in crisis scenarios of varying intensity, putting their skills to the test by responding as a functional Crisis Management Team.
