Il Ciocco was founded in 1961 in the heart of the Serchio Valley and Garfagnana, a fascinating corner of Tuscany located between the Apuan Alps and the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines. In 1967, it became Italy’s first resort, as well as a hotel tourism hub set in 600 hectares of nature area, more than 42 kilometers of roads and paths, forest trails and an off-road driving track. These features make Il Ciocco a perfect training area for outdoor training activities.
